IDENTIFIED: 2 men in fatal Fresno County suspected DUI crash

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The two men killed in a suspected DUI crash following a pursuit in Clovis over the weekend have been identified by the Fresno County Coroner's Office.
According to Clovis police Saturday evening they witnessed a Dodge Charger driving recklessly before peeling o
ut southbound on Temperance Avenue near Gettysburg Avenue. A pursuit ensued after the driver failed to stop for lights and sirens.
CHP says that Dodge Charger, driven by 18-year-old Luis Felix, eventually collided into a vehicle stopped at the intersection of Temperance and Belmont Avenue and continued into another vehicle that was traveling through the intersection.

As a result, two of the occupants of the Charger, identified by the coroner as 19-year-old Andrew Webb of Fresno and 19-year-old Adrian Labra Jr. who was living in Sacramento, died on scene. The other three occupants of the Charger sustained injuries ranging from minor to critical.
Additionally, officers reported the adults and children, aged 9, 4 and 1, in the second vehicle struck sustained moderate and minor injuries. The occupant in the vehicle initially struck sustained minor injuries.
During their investigation, CHP says the driver of the charger, Felix, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.
The Sheriff's office says while Felix remains in the hospital, he has been electronically booked on suspicion of four felony charges; one count for evading police and three for evading police that resulted in injury or death. His bail is $355,000. ...read more read less
