Sheesh, y’all. Coming off a tough loss to the Boston Celtics, the Spurs faced the Golden State Warriors on a SEGABABA. What followed was a wire-to-wire domination from the Warriors. After the Warriors outscored the Spurs 44-27 in the first quarter, the Spurs could not ge
t back into the game and lost all quarters. The Warriors shot a blazing 57.7% from the field and 47.7% from three. They ultimately won 148-106.
Keldon Johnson led the way with 19 points, three rebounds, two assists, and a steal. He had another efficient game, shooting 8 of 13 from the field. With two weeks left in the season, expect KJ to continue to give it his all.
Sandro Mamukelashvili dropped a double-double: 14 points and 11 rebounds. He also dropped four assists and a block. Mamu shot 6 of 10 from the field, including this laser three from the wing!

Devin Vassell dropped 12 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Dev only attempted 10 shots but made half of them. One of his two threes came from the corner in the third! With these last two weeks, expect Dev to dispel any trade rumors heading into the offseason with his play.

Stephon Castle dropped nine points, three rebounds, and two assists. Even though he shot an inefficient 3 of 11 from the field, Steph showed off the hops with this two-handed slam! Expect the eventual ROTY to bounce back on Tuesday.

Chris Paul dropped six points, four assists, a rebound, and a steal. CP3 swished two threes, including this one from the top of the key! With two weeks left in the season, many fans are wondering if CP3 will retire. Regardless, to see him still handle the ball and drain threes at his age is awe-inspiring.

Anytime you allow your opponent to shoot 57% from the field and 47% from three, you’re most likely going to lose the game. The Warriors had the Spurs’ defense scrambling. Granted, it’s worth mentioning this GSW team with Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and now Jimmy Butler III, is a playoff team facing a team that lost their two best players several weeks ago. Regardless, flush this loss and move on to the Magic.
