HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Fourth Fridays will soon return to Ashland, bringing live music, local art and more to the community. The event will be held on the fourth Friday of each month, starting in May and continuing through August. In addition to the artworks and free concerts, there will b e artisan vendors and farm-to-table cuisine available, according to a release from the Downtown Ashland Association. The following music acts are scheduled to perform at each event this season: The Generations Trio -- May 23 Life Support -- June 27 The Blue Guitar -- July 25 Vexine -- Aug. 22 The final event on Aug. 22 will also feature the winner of the Ashland Song Contest, unveiling an original song inspired by the town itself.
