INDIANAPOLIS -- A Richmond man has been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to documenting his sexual abuse of a 1-year-old and sharing it online.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Indiana, 29-year-old Moises Borjo
rquez pleaded guilty to:
Sexual exploitation of a child

Possession of matter containing child sexual abuse.

Bojorquez also shared other child sex abuse material with the woman on Telegram as well as with others through email. More than 1,000 images and videos of sexually explicit situations involving toddlers and infants, as well as other "sadistic or masochistic conduct" were also found on Bojorquez's two cell phones, the release said.
“No child should suffer sexual abuse,” John E. Childress, the acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, said in the release. “This predator cruelly exploited an innocent child to satisfy his criminal sexual desires with other like-minded predators. Thanks to the efforts of law enforcement officers, this defendant will now spend 40 years in federal prison, where he cannot sexually abuse another child.”
After Bojorquez's federal prison sentence, the release said he will be under supervised release for the remainder of his life. ...read more read less
