BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — A Bloomington man was resting in bed with a phone in hand, when a Gosport man broke into his home with a gun pointed directly at him and demanding cash. Shawn Hackney, 40, was charged with the following: Burglary, a Level 2 Felony Robbery, a Level 3 Felony Int imidation, a Level 5 Felony The Bloomington Police Department was dispatched on March 24 at 5:03 p.m. on a report of a robbery. According to court documents, Hackney broke into a mans apartment with an assault style rifle and a blade knife demanding money, phones, and guns.
