INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Citizens Energy Group crews will fully close the intersection of East Washington Street and State Avenue starting this afternoon for a water main relocation, preparing for future roadway construction with IndyGo’s Blue Line. This closure is expected to last for abou t eight days. While the intersection is closed, detour signs will lead traffic around the construction. To avoid clearance issues and tight turns, commercial trucks and large vehicles should strictly follow the signed detour.
