Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office is warning parents about a disturbing trend online.
Officials say children are being targeted by violent on-line gore seeking groups.
Attorney General Alan Wilson says those behind the trend, who are often are teens themselves,
seek to generate online gore material through coercion and victimization of other teens, including but not limited to: cutting, child sexual abuse material, and suicide.
