RIDGEVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – Dorchester County’s coroner identified Monday the victim of a deadly ATV crash. Emergency crews responded to Old Beech Hill Road around 6:17 p.m. Sunday for a rollover crash involving an ATV. Luke Allyn Bailey, 45, of Ridgeville, was killed when the ATV ran off th e roadway and overturned, according to Dorchester County Coroner Paul Brouthers. Bailey was pronounced dead at the scene.
