BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET)-- The Kern County Coroner's Office has now identified a Bakersfield man who was found near the Kern riverbed last week. Daniel Lee Painter, 50, has been identified as the man who was found with a gunshot wound March 24 near a riverbed east of Chester Avenue and West Col umbus Street.
