Search underway for Manassas man who went missing after fishing on Quantico Creek

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Prince William County police are searching for a man who never returned home after he went fishing on Quantico Creek over the weekend.
According to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD), 26-year-old Robert “Bobby” Shane Curtis went fi
shing on the creek near 18001 Possum Point Road in Dumfries.
Police said Curtis was last heard from on Sunday, March 30, around 5 p.m., and he never returned to his home in Manassas.

While searching the area around Quantico Creek, crews found his white GMC pickup truck near Possum Point Road.
Police said no foul play is suspected at this point in the investigation, but Curtis is considered missing and endangered.
Investigators described Curtis as around 5’10” tall and weighing around 175 lbs. He has blue eyes and red hair.
Police said he was last seen wearing a white tank top with light colored shorts and black Nike shoes. He was wearing a light-colored bucket-style hat and carrying a black backpack.
