ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — A Pembroke man was arrested at his job on Friday and charged with first-degree murder and felony concealment of death, the Robeson County Sheriff's Office said. Christopher Britt, 51, is being held without bond at the Robeson County Detention Center in connection w ith the death of Surron Jones, 50, of Pembroke. Deputies were notified Friday that Jones had not been seen since the day before.
