ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Police Department has confirmed two police cruisers collided responding to a false report of a kidnapping on the Inner Loop headed westbound and Scio St. According to RPD, officers were alerted to a 911 call of an alleged kidnapping in progress that cited a specific vehicle. Upon locating the vehicle, they noted an individual fleeing the scene.
