(KRON) – The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for a missing elderly San Leandro man.  Humberto Panuco was last seen at 11:38 a.m. near Merced Street and Fairway Drive in San Leandro on Sunday. He was last seen wearing a light blue hospital gown.  2 empty bottles of promethazine, ghost gun found in car: PD Panuco is 74 years old. He is described as having gray hair and brown eyes.
