Arizona's Tet McMillan is a versatile wide receiver

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Tet McMillan burst onto the college scene his freshman season at Arizona and never slowed down.
In 2022, as a freshman receiver, he had over 700 yards and eight touchdowns -- and he was just getting started. His sophomore season was even better when he racked up 1,400 rece
iving yards and found the end zone 10 times. In 2024, as a junior, McMillan was a first team All-American.
With those three seasons under his belt, there was nothing left to do in college, so he declared for the NFL draft.
"Super competitive person," McMillan said describing himself at the NFL Combine. "Ready to play the best in the world. This is the highest level you can possibly play in this game and being able to play the best in the world, the best to do it in this game is something I look forward to. Gets me excited to play. We are always chasing greatness, so at the end of the day, a motto I live by is, 'Great, not good.' And shoutout to Coach Bobby for letting me in on that one. At the end of the day, I want to be one of the best to ever play this game."
McMillan has great size to go along with all that talent. He's 6-foot-4, 220 pounds, with a huge catch radius. He also has good speed. The only real debate is where he is best suited to play at the next level. Some draft analysts believe he is a true boundary receiver, while others say he will shine as a big slot receiver.
McMillan says he can do both.
"People look at me as a big receiver, which I am. I'm physically dominant, but at the end of the day, I'm able to run every route on the route tree," McMillan said. "I'm able to play inside or outside, and I feel like a lot of people are sleeping on that right now,"
McMillan is considered to be one of the top two or three receivers in this draft and will be a first-round pick.
