WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Warwick Police Department said a man was arrested after a hit-and-run and allegedly driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle. Frank Campagnone was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs with a child under the age of 13-years-old as a pa ssenger.
