KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police are investigating after a man was killed in a shooting late Saturday night in Kansas City, Kansas. According to the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department, at about 11:00 p.m., officers were called to a home near Stewart Avenue on reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found a man outside with gunshot wounds. Police said he was dead when they arrived on the scene. KCPD investigating after missing persons case turns double homicide KCKPD said a person of interest was taken into custody and questioned by detectives.
