Doctor relocates to new Valparaiso office Dr. Kumari Singh, a family medicine physician, is now seeing patients at the Franciscan Physician Network Glendale Health Center, 1101 Glendale Blvd., Suite 101, in Valparaiso, a release said. Singh completed medical school at Windsor University School of Medicine at St. Kitts and Nevis, West Indies, and completed her residency at the University of North Dakota Bismarck in Bismarck.
