KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Police Department says they're investigating after one woman died after a shooting in Kansas City, Missouri. KCPD says that around 7 p.m., officers were sent to the 5600 block of East 29th Street, near Reach KC Church, on reports of a shooting. When they arrive d, they found the adult female victim with gunshot wounds. KCPD investigating after missing persons case turns double homicide That woman, who KCPD is yet to identify, was pronounced dead by EMS on the scene. KCPD says that no one is in custody at this time, but investigators are scanning the area for evidence and witnesses. They're also looking into any physical evidence and security footage. There is a reward of up to $25,000 for information submitted anonymously to the TIPS hotline.
