BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- One person was wounded early Saturday in a shooting in the area of V and 4th streets, police said. Police responded at 2:33 a.m. to a ShotSpotter activation and found a man who'd been shot, according to a Bakersfield Police Department release.
