Why do gas prices always have an extra 9/10 of a cent added on?
Hosted entirely online, the fair allows potential employers to interact with Project SEARCH interns who are seeking the next step in their career journey. These candidates are known for thriving in high-turnover, entry-level roles and bring valuable skills and dedication to the workplace.
The program provides businesses with access to a new and diverse talent pool but also contributes to improved job performance and retention, especially in entry-level roles.
Additional benefits to employers include:
Access to candidates whose skills match current labor needs
Improved job retention and performance
Positive changes in organizational culture through inclusive hiring
