(KRON) -- The Fremont Police Department (FPD) said it has located the dog at the center of an alleged animal cruelty incident caught on video that is circulating on social media. Man caught on video vandalizing Tesla Cybertruck in Novato Fremont PD said it responded on Thursday to reports of a man repeatedly striking a dog with an unknown object. FPD said the incident was captured by a concerned witness who alerted Fremont Animal Services and posted the footage online — prompting police to "immediately" start investigating. Police confirmed that the animal involved was located on Friday by Fremont police officers and an animal services officer.
