FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – Farmington police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a woman linked to a disturbing child abuse case. On February 26, Patricia Madrid was shot in front of a home. Police said 40-year-old Matthew Sandoval was the shooter and had a family connection to Madrid.
