Vietnam veterans honored in ceremony INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The U.S. Army Financial Management Command on Friday afternoon held a ceremony for Vietnam veterans. The program featured a number of speakers honoring veterans and their families. Retired Adjutant Major General R. Dale Lyles was among the speakers to honor Indiana’s war veterans. “And to our veterans, our Vietnam veterans, you reassure me,” Lyles said. “To see you sitting here today reassures me, and gives me renewed faith and confidence that all our sovereignty will prevail.” This is the final year honoring the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. ...read more read less
