ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – It is time for our Primetime 585 Shining Star Spotlight where we introduce you to some student athletes who are brightening up our community. Today we're highlighting Marin Bedford! Marin is an accomplished member of the Webster Varsity Swim Team. She re-entered the poo l after a significant injury this year and solidified her place as one of the best swimmers in Section V. In her five years on the team, she has been a two-time captain, scholar athlete, a National Merit Scholarship participant and a Thomas Titan Award winner. She's also a Webster District record holder and was chosen for the Section V Sportsmanship Award this year.
