TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver was allegedly assaulted on the side of Highway 99 during a road rage incident in Tulare County. Visalia area CHP says they received a call on Wednesday regarding a road rage incident on Highway 99 near Avenue 200. Officers say the incident began with the suspect throwing a water bottle at the victim. Both vehicles then pulled to the shoulder, where the suspect allegedly confronted the victim and struck him with a closed fist.
