WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Patching work on Kellogg from Hillside to Webb Road will begin Sunday night, March 30. The Kansas Department of Transportation said the project will involve applying sealing patches and permanent pavement markings. Work will generally occur from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday t hrough Thursday. The project should be completed in June. KDOT says motorists should plan for lane and ramp closures, minor delays, and a 50 mph reduced speed limit during construction.  Satanic Grotto leader taken away in handcuffs during Black Mass The cost of the work is $1.4 million.
