MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An 18-year-old has been charged with attempted murder after a Cordova shooting, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office said Friday. Mister Foster is also charged with attempted theft $10,000-$60,000, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of property $2,500-$10,000. A man was taken to a hospital in non-critical condition after that incident.
