Lottery tickets, $12K in tobacco stolen at Circle K: MPD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Police say five men stole lottery tickets and $12,000 of tobacco products from a convenience store in the airport area on Tuesday.
On Mar. 25, at 3:06 a.m., officers responded to a shoplifting call at a Circle K gas station at 3271 Shelby Drive.
Officers were told that while
the store clerk was mopping the store floor, five men wearing masks entered and said "'be cool and step back."
The men grabbed tobacco products with an approximate value of $12,000 and an unknown amount of lottery tickets. They fled the scene in a black Nissan Juke with a temporary license plate tag.
Police say no arrest has been made. This is an ongoing investigation.
