NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) - The cash bond has been set for the 22-year-old former Neenah police officer who was fired on Wednesday after being arrested on charges of possessing child porn. Court records show that Owen Halls, who faces two counts of possessing child porn, had his cash bond set at $20,00 0 in an initial court hearing on Thursday afternoon.
