MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) - A 25-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested on Wednesday, five days after a reported hit-and-run involving a pedestrian at a gas station.
The Madison Police Department says that officers were dispatched to a gas station around 7:20 p.m. on Friday in the 1400 block of Northport
Drive.

The suspect allegedly swereved to avoid another vehicle, pinning a woman between his truck and a propane tank rack before he fled.
The suspect was located in the truck along the 500 block of Northport Drive; however, he fled as officers approached and deployed tire spikes. The truck was later found without the suspect, but with flat tires.

A K9 and drone search in the area revealed no arrests, but the suspect was identified as Johnny McDaniel of Madison. He was arrested on Wednesday at a probation and parole office on probation violation, fleeing an officer, resisting arrest and criminal property damage charges.
