FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A child is in non-life-threatening condition after being struck by a vehicle near Weisser Park Elementary School. Officers responded to the area of Smith Street and Colerick Street after receiving reports of someone being struck by a vehicle, just after 3 p.m. The inter section is just a block away from Weisser Park Elementary School.
