AUSTIN (KXAN) — On Friday, the Austin Police Department identified the woman who was pulled from Lady Bird Lake following a water rescue Thursday. On Thursday morning, police responded to a welfare check call after a body was seen facedown in the water near the 90 block of Congress Avenue.
