HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Richmond man was arrested in connection to a string of robberies across Henrico and Chesterfield counties. On Wednesday, March 26, 54-year-old Monte Decarlos Winston of Richmond was arrested by federal partners, according to the Henrico County Police Division. The arrest came months after several business located in Henrico County's west end and Chesterfield County reported armed robberies to law enforcement.
