RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works will implement a lane closure next week at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and 32nd Street. Starting Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be a lane closure at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and 32nd Street in Richmond.
