Ariana Grande releases deluxe album and accompanying short film
Mar 28, 2025
It has now been over a year since Ariana Grande graced our ears with her seventh studio album “eternal sunshine”.
The album is inspired by one of Grande’s favorite movies, “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”, which follows the plot of a man who seeks to erase his memories of a pa
st lover.
In Ariana’s music videos for her singles “we can’t be friends” and “the boy is mine”, the singer/actress plays a character named Peaches, who has underwent a similar operation.
(In the case you haven’t seen ESOTSM: the female main character of that movie is also named after an orange fruit; Clementine!)
Now, the ‘Wicked’ star has released “eternal sunshine deluxe: brighter days ahead”, which includes six new songs from the singer.
The deluxe edition includes an extended version of the previously released “intro: end of the world”, as well as five brand new songs; “twilight zone”, “warm”, “dandelion”, “past life”, and “Hampstead”.
But Ariana didn’t stop there. She also released a SHORT FILM to close out her “eternal sunshine” era.
Ari brought back her character Peaches for the 26-minute film, but this time it’s seventy years later and she now has the option to restore her memories instead of only erasing them.
Don’t worry, I won’t spoil the rest of it for you. You can watch “brighter days ahead” here!
