FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A busy stretch of Coliseum Boulevard in Fort Wayne will likely become a bit more congested starting March 31. The northernmost westbound lane of the road will be closed from just west of North Clinton to Parnell Avenue for the ongoing sidewalk project according to a press rel ease from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
