TIOGA, ND (KXNET) — The ongoing drought conditions, coupled with high winds, have been creating a "dirt fog" in places around the flat, open country near Ray and Tioga. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, gusty winds Thursday stirred up enough loose soil in the air to drop visibility to near zero in some areas for the second time this week.
