Body of missing fisherman found by dive team, East Baton Rouge sheriff says

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man who was reported missing Thursday evening after going fishing has been found dead, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrived at the 8200 block of Hooper Road around 9:20 p.m. March 27. Family members said they droppe
d the man off to fish at 2 p.m., but then couldn't find him later.
According to the sheriff's office, family members said the man had a history of seizures. EBRSO Maritime and 6th District Fire arrived at the scene, and divers soon found the man dead.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner will conduct an autopsy to determine the official cause of death.
