BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET)-- Houston Texas Hot Chicken is opening its second location in Bakersfield on March 29 on Panama Lane. It will open at noon and complimentary food along with drinks, will be given to the first 250 people in line. It's also holding a "Houston we have a problem," chal lenge that afternoon.
