Geauga County residents ages 60 and older can apply for assistance with their water or sewer bill. Seniors who qualify for the Geauga County Water Resources Reduction Program must have an income of 175% Federal Poverty Level or less and receive a bill from the Geauga County Department of Water Resou rces for water or sewer, according to a news release.
