WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The ramp for exit 10A on I-91 north is West Springfield is closed due to a crash Friday morning. West Springfield detective reassigned following internal investigation into misconduct MassDOT states that the right lane and the breakdown lane was also clo sed, but has since reopened.
