TOPEKA (KSNT) - The NOTO Arts Center is in need of donations for kids in the community. The youth art supply drive is happening at NOTO Arts Center, and you can donate your gently used art supplies. Kids in the community will "buy" the art supplies using special "NOTO bucks" that they can get by participating in events. Create your own Washburn merch at Topeka small business The arts center will also have a traveling art cart where children can pick up art supplies on the go. "The whole goal is just again, to be able to provide access to arts," NOTO Arts Administrator, Staci Ogle said. "And make sure that everybody can be creative if they want to, even if they're not able to afford it." They are accepting donations for the supply drive until Saturday, April 12.
