NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Video captured by a Project NOLA camera shows what appears to be a coroner's office employee dragging a body bag down the stairs of what is reportedly a Bywater home following a homicide that occurred in the area on Thursday evening, March 27. (Courtesy: Project NOLA) A Facebook post from Project NOLA claims "we immediately confirmed with on-scene detectives that we saw what we thought we saw." Going on to say "They too are besides themselves and are reporting the matter to the coroner." New Orleans Police Department officer arrested, accused of stalking The exact nature of the footage, captured by one of Project NOLA's cameras and shown below, has not yet been clarified.
