LPD said Thursday evening the attempted abduct
ion of a 12-year-old girl happened along Washington Street between 35th and 37th Streets, as she was walking around 3:45pm. Police say the girl ran away and found another adult to report the incident. The vehicle was last seen driving north on 37th Street from Washington Street.
