ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Thousands of Allen and Wells County residents are without power early Friday morning, according to Indiana Michigan Power. The outages come after a fire reportedly broke out at Yoder Grain located at 3226 Yoder Road. The fire started around 11:30 p.m. Thursday night. T here are several fire crews responding to the scene. The Ossian Fire Department posted to its Facebook page asking residents to stay away from the area. There is damage to several powerlines near the scene and large clouds of black smoke is visible, according to a neighbor at the scene. It's unknown what started the fire.
