Man arrested after woman in medical distress dies in Fresno, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man was arrested in connection with an incident that left a woman dead in Fresno after being in medical distress, the Fresno Police Department said Thursday.
Police say that on Saturday, March 22, at approximately 5:23 a.m., EMS responded to a medical emergency at
Hedges Avenue near Peach Avenue.
The 911 caller, according to police, reported that a woman was in medical distress.
Despite life-saving efforts, police say 32-year-old Kristina Meza was pronounced deceased at Community Regional Medical Center.

42-year-old Timothy Goodloe
Police say detectives identified 42-year-old Timothy Goodloe as the suspect responsible for Meza's death.
On Monday, March 24, detectives said they served a search warrant near North Peach Avenue and Olive Avenue, and Goodloe was taken into custody during the warrant. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
According to police, Goodloe was charged on suspicion of murder, along with additional special circumstances.
