ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Ridership on Albuquerque's transit services continues to grow. ABQ Ride said there were more than 7.3 million rides last year on buses, Sun Vans, and through its new rideshare program ABQ Ride Connect. That's 390,000 more than 2023 and 1.1 million more than 2022. "It shows we are still in demand, right? It shows there is still a need out there in the public, and we are just super excited to see ridership return the way it has," said Deputy Director Bobby Sisners, ABQ Ride.
