PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Fire Department said that eight people were displaced after a fire on Grove Street Thursday. Firefighters responded to a multi-story building around 5:30 p.m. to find a fire had broken out in the third story bathroom and spread to the loft.
