Yes, it’s been breezy, but hopefully you’ve enjoyed the sunshine today! As the sun sets, temperatures will drop into the mid 30s overnight. Thanks to a small disturbance moving in from the northwest, we’ll have a few extra clouds and a quick shower or two in the very early hours of Friday m
orning. So early, in fact, that the rain will have stopped before the Friday morning commute.
That said, we’ll keep clouds around tomorrow. We’ll have some sun throughout the day, but the clouds will be much more present than they have been today. Highs will be considerably milder though, with numbers in the mid to upper 50s.
The “fun” begins on Friday night.
The weekend forecast has been incredibly tricky thanks to a front stalling across New England. That front, at the moment, looks like it’ll help to spur on rounds of showers on Saturday. Sunday will be drier, but a few showers are still in the mix. Highs will be in the mid 50s on Saturday and upper 40s/low 50s on Sunday.
A warm front will drive more widespread showers Monday morning, followed by a cold front driving the heaviest rain of all on Monday night. We could also hear a few rumbles of thunder on Monday night as well.
