HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu EMS responded to a downed small aircraft with two patients on board Thursday afternoon. One 22-year-old male suffered a contusion to the head and EMS treated and transported him to an emergency room. EMS evaluated and treated a second patient on scene, a 38-year- old male, who suffered a minor arm injury but he declined transport to an ER.
